COMMUNITY PROFILE

The Greater Nashville Affiliate service area encompasses an 11 county area including Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Maury, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner,Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson.  Our profile was compiled with the help of several key people involved in the health community ranging from private hospitals to metro and regional health departments.

During this process, we developed a deep appreciation for the need for further ongoing collaboration to address breast health.  We are developing relationships with more service providers and key informants who are excited about further collaboration, and we will focus on developing those relationships to increase our knowledge and ability to serve more of our service area effectively. This analysis will also enable our Grants and Education Committees additional information to ensure the most important issues remain a priority for our granting dollars and educational efforts.
